Professional Background

Dr. Twin held several senior management positions before building her consulting practice, including Director of Government and Community Relations for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Congressional District Director for a Brooklyn Congressman. She served as Management training Director at The National Center for Public Productivity. She founded and directed the Management Development Institute at Long Island University/Brooklyn, where she created and marketed a management training and technical assistance program. She was Project Director of a public-private consortium on school-to-work initiatives. She also chaired a New York City Community Planning Board.

Dr. Twin holds a Doctorate from Rutgers University and has written books, articles and reports.
